Frequently Asked Questions

Hiring an ex-inmate within a year of their release from prison qualifies the employer for the federal Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC).

At the end of the six months, employers may purchase a transfer bond for an additional six months at the insurance company’s discretion. Eventually, the employee may become permanently bondable.
